  1. What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

  • We only collect personal identification information which you provide us with, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, country and any information you enter into the “message” section of our website.
  • What products you are interested in based on the information you provide us with.
  • Any personal information and data you enter and upload on our Careers Portal.

FSL’s web servers track of the pages visited on FSL’s website, the amount of time spent on those pages and the types of searches done on them. This automatically captures and stores the following information (which is transmitted by the visitor’s internet browser or browsing activity), depending on the selection of privacy settings upon visiting FSL’s website.

We collect and process this data for the purpose of ensuring the security of this website, which is a legitimate interest in terms of GDPR. We delete or anonymise this kind of personal data automatically after 1 year.

We also use a variety of technological systems to detect and address anomalous activity and to screen content to prevent abuse or misuse, such as spam or phishing.

We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have voluntarily signed up for our Newsletters.

If you have signed up for our newsletters your email address, name, country and company details will be added to our newsletter database which is stored securely with our Marketing department and will not be shared with any third party or employees outside our organization.

We may also use your email address to send you information about or products, services and business activities or to send you other information related to the food and beverage industry in our region.

If you have subscribed to receive our newsletters, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send us an email requesting us to unsubscribe you from our marketing database to DataProtection@foodspecialities.com
