FSL and 15 International partners successfully hosted the largest exhibition stand at Gulfood Manufacturing 2022. During the 3-day show, several innovative concepts aligned with health and clean-label trends were presented to visitors alongside other key topics such as plant-based, sugar & sodium reduction, clean-labels and immunity-boosting solutions. With over 400 customer inquiries regarding ingredients, concepts and solutions received, FSL is headed towards a busy 2023.
While concluding 2022 through our last newsletter for the year, we present to you two key applications for fresh and processed meat & poultry. The first range of applications deliver cost-efficient solutions to improve the texture of various animal-protein products including chicken shawarma, nuggets, beef burgers, mortadella, etc. The second range offers meat & poultry tenderising ingredient solutions for different processing methods.
