Granulated Flavours

Food and Beverage manufacturers face a myriad of challenges to attract consumers, deliver healthier products, stimulate taste buds and offer variety. To meet these challenges, product flavor enhancements are necessary.

Manufacturers may choose the desired flavors in liquid, spray dried, powder or granule forms available at FSL. Each of these forms carry various properties and characteristics. For instance, flavor granules are known for properties such as hardness, immediate release of flavors, and outstanding storage stability. Given these properties, a granulated form is less likely to crumble, enabling its use in a variety of food and beverage applications.

The size of the granules can be customized to suit the requirements. Various flavor profiles can be adjusted through unique parameters of the granules, these include the speed of release, compression pressure, gap, granulation size and hardness.
