FSL and Aromatech organized a full day training session for our customers, entitled “Basic Sensory Evaluation and Flavor Descriptors” the training covered sensory evaluations of flavors for food industry professionals. The training agenda included a combination of presentations, demonstrations and practical hands-on exercises. Our team of technical flavorists guided the participants through concepts of smell, taste and flavor identification and creation. Over 14 participants from 5 companies concluded the training with enhanced confidence and knowledge on several aspects of flavors for F&B applications.
