A WORLD OF FLAVORS

Flavors are one of the key ingredients used by food manufacturers to boost or improve the taste and to give distinct profile in their food products. A pleasant and distinct profile amongst the competition in the market is essential in the food industries as the taste profile of a product is a critical factor for consumers to associate with and recall a brand.

A strong flavor profile is vital not only to the food manufacturers but also to other sectors in the food industry such as the Hotel, Restaurant and Cafes (HoReCa). This prompted our partner, Aromatech France to expand its product portfolio and develop the Fruitalys range for this very reason.

The Fruitalys range has been developed to meet the needs of artisans & manufacturers such as bakers, pastry chefs, ice-cream producers, chocolate designers, confectioners, beverage & syrup manufacturers, dairy product producers and chefs.

Unlike the usual flavors used by food manufacturers, the Fruitalys range is available in 1 kg pack size and is created to be used at a dosage of 10g/kg for the convenience of those in the HoReCa industries. The range offers delicately crafted flavors which can also offer a color to the products if desired.
