INTRODUCTION ON IDAHO MILK PRODUCTS CO.

Idaho Milk Products started on 2009 by sourcing milk from three of the largest independently owned and operated dairies in the United States. Currently, all the milk comes from owners within a 45 mile radius of plant. Currently, process milk from about 65,000 cows around 4.4 billion pounds of milk every day. Mainly produces 3 products.

MILK PROTEINS FROM IDAHO

• Milk protein concentrate and isolate are produced through filtration.

• Idaho Milk Products produces protein levels from 70% to 90%.

• MPC / MPI are typically 80% casein, 20% whey protein as naturally present in milk.

• Primary application areas: High Protein Foods and Beverages, Yoghurt, Active Nutrition, Weight Management.
