Our Pineapple Juice Concentrate (PJC) is produced from the best quality Ananas Sativus pineapple variety from different origins in East Asia. These pineapples are known to be very juicy and have an intense flavor.
We supply Pineapple Juice Concentrates which are ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach the desired Brix grades of a ready to drink product.
We can offer PJC in frozen and aseptic packaging and the concentrate must be maintained at a temperature between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius.
Our Pineapple Juice Concentrates are certified with the RAIN FOREST ALLIANCE CERTIFICATION.
We can offer a 60 and 65 Brix product.
