Kievit® Vana-Cappa X01 are foaming creamers that provide lasting stability and texture, creating a beautifully stable foam layer on your instant beverages. This innovative method uses high-pressure gas encapsulation to create nitrogen bubbles within a powdered form. As a result, it produces at least 10 times more foam than conventional foamers.
This leads to a high-density powder that offers exceptional foam height and stability. Unlike traditional foamers, 1 to 2 grams per serving delivers a much higher, thicker and longer-lasting foam. Additionally, this efficiency reduces packaging and transportation needs, supporting environmental sustainability.
