Gulfood Manufacturing 2021 was a great success this year and it was wonderful to reconnect with our customers and suppliers at this important event which we all missed last year.

This year FSL was also showcasing its innovative capabilities with a dedicated Innovation center which highlighted the customized ingredients solutions which FSL has developed for customers in the Middle East.

Agrana, Austria Juice, Citrosuco, Medibel, Conesa and GAP / All Juice Med were all exhibiting with us at the stand as we presented their NFC juices, Immunity Boosting drinks, New No Sugar Added juices, Plant-Based beverages and various different White Grape Juice Concentrate solutions.

We are also very proud to announce that FSL was the winner of the Gulfood Manufacturing Industry Excellence award for Innovative Ingredients Solutions for the worlds first Plant-Based Shish Kebabs and Plant-Based Chocolate Spreads with 50% reduced sugar and no Palm Oil.

These are both formulations developed entirely in-house by FSL and mark a new era for our company as innovators of ingredients solutions specifically designed for the GCC market.

 

FSL was also showcasing a wide variety of other solutions at our Innovation center such as: Sugar Reduced Bakery Solutions, Spreadable Halawa, Egg Reduced Cake Solutions, Plant-Based Dairy Alternatives, Immunity Boosting Juices, Kombucha and Functional Beverages, Plant-Based RTD Coffee and Plant-Based Meat Analogues such as Burgers, Nuggets, Hot Dogs and Fish Analogues which enticed many new players entering the plant-based food space which is growing rapidly in the region.
