Gulfood Manufacturing 2019

WE WERE THERE!

It is that time of year during which ingredients manufacturers all over the world gather in Dubai, for the largest food exhibition in the Middle East and Africa – Gulfood Manufacturing 2019.

 

FSL and its principals hosted the largest stand at the show this year which was spread across two separate areas and spanned over 300 sqm.

 

This year’s theme for FSL and Aromatech was focused on healthy options where we showcased our flavors in various applications ranging from bakery to beverage to dairy and snacks using our very own Sweet Enhancer Flavor and Sensalt Flavor which we have featured in our two previous newsletters this year.

Visitors to our stand were very pleased with our tamarind juice drink containing Sweet Enhancer Flavor (with 25% less sugar) which has a minimal impact on their organoleptic profile when compared with a tamarind juice drink with regular sugar. Similar comments were received for our peach yoghurt with reduced sugar which also contains Sweet Enhancer Flavor and visitors left the booth with a variety of reactions towards our new flavors in yoghurt – Matcha!

Miss Güliz Ünal, Marketing Manager for Aromatech Turkey was present to introduce our Fruitalys range which we have applied in mini muffins. The exciting flavor combinations in the mini muffins such as lemon-vanilla with mango butter frosting and banana-almond mini muffin triggered the interest of many of our visitors.

Finally, we could never forget the overwhelming acceptance of our visitors in all age brackets and nationalities towards our mixed spices flavored chips with Sensalt Flavor.

Indeed, this Gulfood Manufacturing 2019 was another successful event for FSL-Aromatech. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you all for the support! Until the next Flavorful exhibition!
