Gulfood Manufacturing 2021 - Bakery Ingredients

After eighteen months of being distanced from each other, it was a delight to meet our customers during the Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition in early November. The show was a successful event which was safe for all exhibitors and participants and we are relieved to finally see a return to a new normal in our region.

This year FSL was also showcasing its innovative capabilities with a dedicated Innovation center which highlighted the customized ingredients solutions which FSL has developed for customers in the Middle East. These solutions are specifically designed to cater to the taste preferences and nutritional requirements of the GCC population based on FSL’s three decades of experience in these markets.

We are also very proud to announce that FSL was the winner of the Gulfood Manufacturing Industry Excellence award for Innovative Ingredients Solutions for the world’s first Plant-Based Shish Kebabs and Plant-Based Chocolate Spreads with 50% reduced sugar and no Palm Oil.

These are both formulations developed entirely in-house by FSL and mark a new era for our company as innovators of ingredients solutions specifically designed for the GCC market.
